TERMS OF SERVICES

PAYMENTS
Payment is upfront and will be through PayPal [Currency is euros (€)]. I will send the request. DO NOT SEND MONEY WITHOUT MY CONSENT!
You will have 24 hours to submit your payment, otherwise your commission will be cancelled.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
If you want to cancel your commission's request, full refunds are applicable ONLY before the image is started. Other types of refunds are: %75 of the commission value if I've finished the sketch, %50 for lineart, %25 for flat colors, %15 for shaded. If cancellation is for harassment, in that case, the client will also be blacklisted.
CHARACTERS
Clear & SFW reference sheets ONLY! Flat drawings are fine, as long I can see all the markings & colors. Also provide any useful info, like species and so.
Please, describe how do you want your artwork. The posing, expressions, outfit, lighting and how the overall look is in your mind. Sending also visual references, will help me understand what you want more clearly. If you’re unable to find a reference photo, don't be shy to also send stick-man figures or a simple doodle to help me work towards your intended goal.
TIME AND WIPs
I work from monday to friday, from 4p.m. to 12p.m. [Europe-Italy]. If you need to contact me, please do in this time slot. Seeing me online out of this time slot isn't an indicator for you to DM me.
Waiting time varies depending of the commission, small/easy ones are faster than full/complex ones. Usually I take from a day, up to a week.
If you want the commission ready at a specific time [Birthday, Holidays, etc.], tell me before, not during the process. I may charge more if deadline is close.
I'll send you a WIP everytime I finish a phase. In order: sketch -> lines -> flat color -> shading -> bg.
You can issue changes and alterations free of charge in sketch and line phase ONLY!
COPYRIGHT
As the artist, I hold every right to the produced artwork, and I may do whatever I wish to do with it [If not agreed otherwise], for example:
Post/display the picture anywhere I want [I will always give proper credit of ownership of the characters involved];
Promote myself with it, in any place I see fit;
Make livestream of your commission.
You can:
Use/Add/Post/Share/Print the artwork [With credits and without the intent of commercial purpose].
You can't:
Remove/Crop the signature;
Take credit of the artwork;
Put the artwork in NFTs, AI programs or anything related.
LIST OF WHAT I WILL & WON'T DRAW
If you're unsure if your commission qualifies to any of the bottom listed things, you're welcome to ask me!
I will do:
Animals of any species, both feral & anthro, even fantasy ones & original species but not too complex [ex. too many colors, markings & accessories];
Humans & humanoids;
Any body type;
Any ships [Any sexuality. Must be consensual, no minors!];
Blood, gore, use of drugs & alcohol;
Soft nudity [No minors nor ferals!];
Mecha/Robots;
Fandom characters [PKMN, MLP, Sonic etc.];
Copyrighted characters interacting with yours [ex. Spyro, Balto, Amaterasu etc];
Pets.
I won't do:
Sexual themes or fetishes;
Hate/Political/Religious art;
Too bright/too dark characters [I'll gonna alter a bit the colors to see their design better].
DISCLAIMER
I have the right to decline your commission request.
While my style is semi-realistic, I can try to draw in fandom style, like Sonic, MLP etc. If you have an OC with a particular style, please tell me! Or I gonna draw them in my style. I won't draw in another artist's style, go commission them!
If you don’t want the work to be published and/or want to remain anonymous, tell me before, otherwise I’ll post it and tag you.
Insults, harassment, provocations, stalking, blackmailing and similar illegal activities towards me, will result in direct deleting your commission, by giving you the refund [If I've already started working, refunds will not be full] and blacklisting with no appeal.
I'll not accept requests from blank, inactive, not art related, new and suspected accounts!
Please, use proper grammar and spelling to the best of your ability, I can only understand Italian and English.
I set my prices adding my Country's VAT [Italy].
As an artist, my art is constantly evolving so there might be slight differences from examples to finished art.

Extra character will cost full price, if the character is easy/small, they will be half the price;
Transparent, color [Solid or gradient], texture, photos and screenshots [Probably you have to provide me the last two] BGs are FREE;
Simple BGs [Small/easy elements] are +7$ on headshots pieces, +11$ on busts ones, +14$ on fullbody ones and +9$ on chibi ones;
Complex BG will be +12$ on headshots pieces, +16$ on busts ones, +18$ on fullbody ones and +14$ on chibi ones.

Q.: How often do you accept commissions?A.: My commissions are open monthly, for four slots per month. I'll communicate via socials if there are changes.Q.: How can I commission you?A.: Use my Google Form during my commission openings. This is posted to my socials at the time of my opening. Applicants are chosen via a randomizer to prevent overbooking and favoritism. Commission applications must ALWAYS be submitted through this form to be eligible for a slot.Q.: How will I know if I got a slot during your opening?A.: I email back all the applicants after my openings to confirm whether or not their slot was accepted. Please note: some emails do wind up in spam by mistake.Q.: What information do you need for commissions?A.: At the minimum, I need the following from you:
• A coloured reference WITHOUT SHADING. I may turn away reference sheets that have heavy shading or messy JPEG compression.
• Your billing email and contact email, this is for you to receive any and all art regarding your order!
• Your username from any social media account so that you can be credited for the commission. Clients may absolutely request their commission be private / unpublished.Q.: It's been a while and I haven't heard from you!A.: Please check your spam inbox first to see if any emails of mine have wound up there! If there's still nothing, you're more than welcome to send an email over at any time for an update on the status of your commission.Q.: I commissioned you to do an art piece for me, but I've lost the file! Do you still have a copy?A.: If you ever lose your commission, please contact me and I'll see if I still have a copy! I also recommend checking your inbox history if we communicated over email for your commission, as the attached final piece may still be there.Q.: I commissioned [x] commission from you [insert time] ago and my character has changed, can you adjust the artwork?A.: Please email me first if you'd like to have artwork updated. There's a good chance I can fix minor edits, some colors and design features. However, anything that greatly impacts the lineart may prove more difficult. I do not keep layered files for longer than a week after a commission transaction has concluded. There will be a fee for the edit, fee varies depending on the work needed.Q.: How can I tip you for your work?A.: You can do that through Ko-Fi, listed in my homepage.
